We ask that membership dues are up to date. An invoice will be sent before the conference if there is an outstanding balance.
Expo: $1500 (2 attendees) Standard Booth: 8 ft. deep 10 ft. wide 8 ft. high back wall 3 ft. high sides 1 6ft. table (skirted) 2 chairs The ballroom is carpeted. Additional Expo Booth Attendee: $400 Business Partner Conference Only: $800 (all activities included) Guest or Spouse of registered attendee: $100 Electricity: If power is needed to your booth, please click on the link below to order. The order form can be submitted manually but incurs a $25 charge. You can order power online by going directly to their website. Final date for ordering power is March 13, 2024. Shipping: There is a FED EX office on site. Please mark all packages clearly with name and booth number. Arrangements must be made to have the package shipped back with a pre-paid label.

We encourage our Business Partners to attend all of our extracurricular events. This is the best time to meet Institutional Members. Business Partners must have current annual dues in order to register. Cancellation Policy Cancellations (members & partners) received by December 1, 2023 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be permitted after this date. · Registrations may be transferred to another employee/staff member within your organization. · Cancellations and transfer requests must be made in writing to FLAPPA If conference is canceled due to circumstances out of our control: · Conference registration may be transferred to next year's conference · Full refund if registered before December 1, 2023. 75% refund if registered after December 1, 2023.
