Winning the Competition for Capital
Many of us have condition data on our facilities and are using it to guide us in our capital plans. As we form our capital plans there are often competing priorities from different departments. In fact, other departments may have done projects that impact your capital plan and result in inaccurate data. We will provide insight on how an integrated collaborative approach with combining Capital, Operational and Performance excellence leads to successful management of your facilities data.
Bill is the CEO of Roth IAMS and the Co-Founder of SLAM Technologies. Pushing the Envelope:
Ductwork Refurbishment to Prevent Mold
Air duct cleaning is more than cleaning air ducts. A more appropriate term to use would be “HVAC system cleaning” (HVAC means heating, ventilating and air conditioning). The HVAC system includes everything in the air stream including all the registers, grilles and diffusers, the supply ductwork, the return ductwork, turning vanes, the air handler or rooftop unit and other components like VAV boxes, and in-line coils etc.….

Harnessing Precise Data for Effective FCA’s in Higher Education
More and more higher education institutions are planning to do Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs).
The goal of these assessments is to help institutions create safe and efficient learning environments for students and staff by maintaining physical infrastructures.
Having a field-verified and accurate asset inventory will accelerate the FCA process when combined with legacy knowledge, past repair history and true replacement costs.

CINTAS is one of the AHA’s largest training centers and certifies more than 250,000 people every year!
According to the American Heart Association (AHA), the average survival rate for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is still only 10.6%. But, bystander CPR combined with effective defibrillator use more than triples the chance of survival. *
We will cover First Aid, CPR & AED basics:
